The team, led by our Head of Human Resources and People Management Services (Chartered FCIPD- level 7 accreditation) and supported by a dedicated Human Resources and People Advisor (ACIPD-level 5 qualification), boast a collective experience of over 40 years in Human Resources, along with specialised training in Mental Health First Aid and Employee Wellbeing.
Serving over 160 employees and extending our services to GP practices across Blackburn with Darwen and beyond, we offer comprehensive support throughout the employee lifecycle.

Resourcing and Talent Management, Learning and Development, Employment Law Advice and Compliance, Employee Relations, Employee Health, Wellbeing and Satisfaction, Workforce Strategy Development and Implementation, Benchmarking and Job Evaluation and Performance Management.
