Local Primary Care is seeking a Digital Support Officer to help strengthen and support the use of digital systems across GP practices and Primary Care Networks in Blackburn and Darwen. This role will involve assisting staff with digital tools, supporting system improvements, and helping practices adopt technology that enhances patient access and service delivery.
You will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to provide training, troubleshoot technical issues, and support digital initiatives that improve efficiency and patient engagement. The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
